Unneeded cover and logistical mistakes waste time and money. Diary Genie eliminates such issues by allowing staff to provisionally book personal time-off, educational trips and in-school visits quickly and simply. These provisional bookings are then approved by the cover officer or co-ordinator and written into the final calendar.

The calendar is visible to all members of staff, allowing them to plan upcoming trips and events efficiently and in a way which prevents the likelihood of multiple staff absence. Privacy is maintained at every stage as sensitive information is not displayed.

Diary Genie is fully integrated with other Genie Suite applications, as it automatically records staff absences generated from CPD Genie, Gifted and Talented Genie and World of Work Genie.
